    Ha! I saw this video a few days ago on Youtube! This is Rick Astley, and the song from which this still is taken is Never Gonna Give You Up. A internet meme known as Rickrolling became popular in 2007, when a deceptive hyperlink always took the user to this song page on Youtube, generating large near-crash traffic on that particular page.
