The one exception to the rule was X. The rule states the requirement for making it into the list Y released every year by Z. Z had said that X had been an "irresistable" addition although he has been absent from the list since 2006 after Z received letters from children protesting his inclusion(don't get the wrong opinion here). Apologies if its too arbit, but probably as interesting as it can be put. X,Y,Z?
